She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Quinn and Harriet Quinn (Grove); her daughter Jennifer; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her husband Paul S. Meier; her children, Laura Montgomery (Bobby) of Beaverdale and Paul of Mercer; her siblings, Eleanor VanTassel, Patricia Menser, Daniel, Mary Catherine Wright and Loretta Kyle; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica and Erica Kovalik; and her great grandchild Alaina Unger.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic a Memorial Service for Rose will be held at a later date when all can gather safely.
