He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Maticic and Ruth M. Maticic (Bavdek). He is survived by: his son Steven; and his siblings, Joseph, Anthony, Michael and Stephanie (Jim Pendleton). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home to help with Matthew's final expenses.
