She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Sivik and Mary Sivik; her husband William; and her son Alick. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Daniels and Catherine Prudhoe; her son-in-law David Daniels; her granddaughters, Sarah Drudy (Michael) and Katelyn Daniels (Tim Brean); and her great grandchildren, Isaac and Owen Drudy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Portage, PA, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).
