She was predeceased by: her parents, Rush Burkett and Edna Burkett (Benton); her husband Jacob Sweltz; and her siblings, Marguerite Burkett and Dr. Donald Burkett, MD.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wayne Sweltz, Gay Stravinsky of Beaverdale and Edna Lee Lewis (Matt Lewis) of Piedmont, CA.; and her grandchildren, Laura Marie Sweltz, Jacob Wayne Sweltz, Casey Marguerite Lewis, Warren Rush Lewis and Fiona Elaine Lewis.
