He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellis H. Michaels and Cecilia M. Michaels (Chirdon); his wife Rose A. (Goggin); his children, Ann Porter (James), Somerset, Kristine Thompson of Johnstown and Karan Michaels of Vermont; and his grandchildren, Dustin Michaels (Brittany Amrhein), Aaron Thompson, Thomas Lyons and Claire Lyons. He was also cherished by extended family, and friends.
