She is survived by: her husband Leonard Fornadel; her granddaughters, Maria Beck (Travis), Theresa Nagy (Matt) and Kathleen Haines (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Michael, Stephen Beck, Thomas, Sofia, Claire and Benedict Haines; and her sister Barb Psioda of Pittsburg.
