He was predeceased by: his parents, Mont Altman and Alice Rath Altman; his wife Marlene Joyce Doutt Altman; his siblings, William, Gary, Richard, Bob Altman, Eileen Ferrucci and Janet Beggs; and his nephew Ralph Ferrucci.
He is survived by: his children, Lugene Barber (Dave) of Wampum and Weston Altman (Laurie McGee); his grandchildren, David Barber (Jenny), Timothy Barber (Taryn), Matthew Barber (Tiffany), Meghan Weltman (Will), Katelyn Ratvasky (Brandon) and Amanda Long (Josh); and his niece Joyce Stokes (Buck). He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
