He was predeceased by: his brother Mike Halligan. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Halligan; his daughter Sandra Chakey (Marionville); and his siblings, Dick Halligan, Bob Halligan (Kate) and Marie Halligan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
