He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Belczyk and Josephine Belczyk (Bugajski); his wife Linda Belczyk (Hill); and his siblings, Walt Belczyk, Frank Belczyk, Ted Belczyk and Catherine Petti.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Belczyk (Linda) and Diana Parsons; his grandchildren, Tiffany Calhoon (William), Emily Stahl (Landon), Michael Baldinger (Renee), Jaime Albertson (Jake) and Crystal Siget (Jason); his great grandchildren, Liam, Sophia, Cali, Drayton, Shaelynn, Zayvian, Hailey, Tallon, Emma, Aiden, Claire and Alex; his great great grandchild Taytum; and his close friend Patricia Garman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
