She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Garvin and Pearl Garvin (Canuti); her husband Charles A. Heimbrook; and her sister Paulette Garvin. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindie Grammatico (Terry), Holly Heckathorne (Peter Bryant) and Heidi Adams (Michael); her stepchildren, Steven Heimbrook (Debra), David Heimbrook (Lou Ann) and Rebecca Carlin (Edward); and her siblings, Patricia Nunamaker and Robert Garvin (Mary).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sally's honor to Park United Presbyterian Church, or to the Beaver Area Heritage Museum for the maintenance of the Salpattica Dollhouse.
