She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Melcher and Antoinette Melcher (Huckenstein); and her husband Charles Kurcina. She is survived by: her son Richard; her daughter-in-law Robyn Kucina; her daughters, Kathy (Donald Pittser), Joyce (Koichi Kiyohara) and Beth Kurcina; and her grandchildren, Jocelyn, John McCarty, Jason, Josee Pittser, Jen, Ryan DeCarlo, Kayla Pittser, Matthew Kurcina, Maris Kurcina, Jack Kiyohara and Casey Kiyohara.
