She was predeceased by: her grandson Luke Krawchyk; and her brother Russell V. Musta. She is survived by: her husband Michael "Bill" Krawchyk; her children, Brian Krawchyk (Daniela) and Devora Guyker (Robert); her grandchildren, Logan Krawchyk, Lauren Krawchyk, Emily Taylor and Erin Taylor; her brother Pat Musta (Eleanor); and also Jeremy Horgan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Beaver County Special Unit or the Beaver County Humane Society.
