He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lee and Goldie May Snyder Swogger. He is survived by: his wife Carlotta Germanski Swogger; his children, Kimberely Wolanski (Paul) of New Castle, Stacey Walker (Frank) of Campbell, OH, Deborah Borichevsky (Greg) of Butler, Melissa Ryhal (James) of New Castle, Rodger Dale (Donna), Edinburg and Brian (Mindy) of Bessemer; and his brother Chauncey Swogger (Rose Mary) of Wampum. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
