She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Gentzel and Olive Gentzel (Smith); her husband Paul J. Samek; and her brother H. Jack Gentzel. She is survived by: her children, Gary P. Samek (Darla), Paula J. Ochs and Kimberly Jo Samek; and her granddaughter Jamie Ochs.
