He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Hendricks and Evelyn Hendricks; and his sister Phyllis Paquet. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnke Hendricks; his son Jeffrey Hendricks; and his granddaughters, Monica and Heather Hendricks. He is also survived by numerous nephews and their wives; and many loving friends.
