He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Kelley Sr. and Ruth Holbert Kelley; his wife Sandra; his son Bradley; and his siblings, Margaret Humphries, Edwin Kelley and Joan Reese.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Bob Correll of Beaver; his granddaughters, Sharon Kirschbaum (Kevin) and Lisa Correll; and his great grandchild Camden Kirschbaum.
