He was predeceased by: his mother Nora Kennedy; his wife Treva Kennedy (Hart); his daughter Judtih Kennedy; and his brothers, Frederick and Richard Kennedy.
He is survived by: his children, James Kennedy (Bonnie) and Alice "Sue" Riley (Richard); and his grandchildren, David (Denise), James (Brigette), Matthew, Kyle and Cullen. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in James' name to Chippewa Alliance Church.
