He was predeceased by: his father Forrest Felton; his brother Harvey Felton; and his stepfather Richard Carpenter. He is survived by: his mother Mary Carpenter of Supply; his wife Cynthia Felton (Ferrand) of Beaver, Pennsylvania.; his children, Atoshia Mallory of Mars, Ashley Ferrell (Craig) of Proctor and Princhelle Felton of Clarksville Tennessee; his grandchildren, Madison, Harley Mallory, Wesley, Ian Ferrell, Kamryn Ellis and Sincere Martin; his siblings, Forrest Felton (Butch), Paul Felton Marietta (Julie) and Joyce Holden Supply (Marston); his stepbrother Richard Carpenter; and his nieces, Elanie Ferrand and Zoe Brazil.
