He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Guy and Edith E. McDonald Guy; and his children, Dwain "Sonny" Jr. and Renee Clark. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, David, Cheryl and Debbie Guy; and his sister Catherine Stewart. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
