Tress of Westerville, OH and Melissa Bair (Adam) of Westerville, OH; her siblings, T. Allan Gill (Diane) and Lynda Upton (Ed) of Deland, FL; and her grandchildren, Lucy, Anna, Hazel, Ian and Josie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Deborah's name to the St. Monica Catholic Academy Angel Fund or the Beaver County Humane Society.
