He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand John and Mildred Lester Hagen; and his wife Priscilla "Penny" Hagen. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Christi Hagen) of Sebring, FL, Kevin (Nikki Hagen) of Valencia, PA and Eric (Joye Hagen) of Beaver; his sister Sally Telego (Gene); his sister-in-law Esther Weidemann (Don); and his grandchildren, Jennai (Brandon), Seth (Emily), Elianna, Sara, Samuel, Abby, Mark, Spencer (Kathryn), Carter and David.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's name to First Presbyterian Church, 252 College Avenue, Beaver PA, 15009.
