She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Chapman and Bette Chapman; her parents-in-law, Pauline and Ted; and her brother-in-law Ricky.

She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey; her daughter Shelby; her sister Candice Hozza (Chapman); her brothers-in-law, Timothy Young and Timothy Hozza; her nieces and nephews, Carlie, Phoenix Hozza, Michelle and Ryan Young; and her grandchildren, Ky'zier, Khalil, Sarai, Morgan, Nevaeh and Lily.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made in Cyndi's name to either the Make a Wish Foundation or UPMC Children's Hospital.
