He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Azich and Amelia Azich; his stepmother Martha Azich; his sisters, Catherine, Janet Azich and Amelia'Babe'; his brothers-in-law, Donald Knezevich and Pete Harasin; and his aunts, Mildred Arbutina (Nick), Roddy and Mary Tepsic.
He is survived by: his children, Greg (Mimi Azich) and Melissa (David Deiter); his grandchildren, Adam Deiter (Brittany), Nicol Celich (John), Rachel Logan (Andrew) and Brad Azich; his great grandchildren, Emma Logan, Lily, Graham Celich and Olivia Deiter; and his siblings, Dan Azich (Karen) and Marian Harasin.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorial contributions may be made, if desired in Chuck's memory to Good Samaritan Hospice, 116 Brown's Hill Road, Valencia, PA. 16059.
