He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Barnard and Jessie Barnard; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Penif. He is survived by: his children, Charles F. Barnard III of North Versailles, Ernie Bernard of Ambridge and Eileen Weir of Beaver Falls; his brother Frank Wessler of Beaver Falls; his grandchildren, Charles F. Barnard IV (Jennifer), Constance Gossner (Stephen), Savannah Conforti (Alan Michael), Asia Barnard and Omar Barnard; and his great grandchildren, Elysia, Juliana, Kaya Barnard, Shane, Cora, Camilla Gossner and Knox Conforti.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Noll Funeral Home Inc. (333 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009).
