He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Kelly and Elizabeth Kelly (Heaney); and his siblings, John Kelly and Sarah Marsten. He is survived by: his wife Alice Michael of West Hazleton; his children, Rachel Gallagher (Rick) of McAdoo and Jeff Payne (Trina) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Dylan Copes, Maysn Copes and Ruby Payne; his brothers, Francis Kelly (Irene) of Plains Township and Mark Kelly (Ann Marie) of Tresckow; his sister-in-law Carolyn Kelly of Drums; and his friends, Marie Pacelli Kirchdoefer and Clete Spaid (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial Donations to the Disabled American Veterans, 1123 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 are welcomed by the family.
