She is survived by: her children, Brian S. Lazar (Mary), John Lazar (Ann Grula), Shelia Lazar, Sharon Lazar and Cynthia Lazar; her grandchildren, Brian S. (Michelle), Karissa, John, Rebecca and Michael; her great grandchildren, Maci, Steven, Jameson, Zander, Hailey, Gavin, Liam, Hope and Chloe; and her siblings, Keith Henn (Mary), Donald Henn, Brenda Sweigert (Jake) and Janet Bonn.
