He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Dawson and Evelyn Dawson (Riggle); and his brother Ed Dawson (Lynda). He is survived by: his wife Barbara St. Lawrence Dawson; and his children, Leah Ethridge (Bo), Tara Butler (Jeff), Sharon Rager (Ben), Jason Pettler (Kristin), Ellen Dawson and Jaina Perry (Donnie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
