He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Kostlich of Chippewa; his sisters, Judy Augustine (Gary) of Sewickley and Marilyn Beatty (Allen) of Saxonburg; his nieces, Laura, Marcy and Katie; his pets, Dallas and Bentley; and his friend Gwyn.
