With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia I. Waite (Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania), born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Emrick and Jessie J. Bathgate Emrick; her husband James L. Waite; her brother George A. Emrick; and her sister-in-law Edna E. Emrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila (Michael Shugats) and Colleen Harman of New Castle, PA; and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Kevin Bowser) of Ellwood City, PA, James (Melissa Vekasy), Bradley (Angela Shugats), David (Jill Harman), Parke (Tammi Harman) of Enon Valley, PA and Douglas (Danielle Harman) of Export, PA. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-granddaughters.
