It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Simmons of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Forrest and Agnes Simmons (King); and his daughter Diane Marie Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Simmons (Ritchie); his daughter Lorraine D'Andrea (Rob); his great grandchildren, Max, Tatianna, Joslynn, Wade, Declan, Jethro, Noel, Taylor, Ronnie, Nick, Gabby, Brandon, Dylan, Sam, Jackson, Gage, Lawson, Maverick, Shantell, Josh, Raja and Jason Jr.; his brother Donald Simmons Jr. (Paula); his nephew Dean Simmons; and his great-nephew Derrick.
