He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jansto and Eleanor Jansto (Kompa); his wife Faye Jansto; his children, Scott Jansto and Susan Borghi; and his brothers, John "Sonny" Jansto and Joseph Jansto.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Jansto, Kristi Nunez (Juan) and Sheryl Mengel; his siblings, James Jansto (Judy), David Jansto, Michael Jansto, Sr. (Amy), Gene Jansto, Patricia Sigbornsen, Betty Iben (Del), Kathy Thumm (Dave) and Peggy Jones (Doug); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Kyle, Andrea, Sean, Tyler, Jameson, Erika, Angie, Rachel and Edward; and his great grandchildren, Stella, Lola, Matthew, Ryan, Hazel, Joshua, Christine, Izaac and Tessa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
