He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles House and Margaret House (Sheridan); his mother-in-law Mary Lint (Monturo); his brother-in-law Kenneth Stanko; his cousin Maureen Zibelman (Sheridan); and his close friend Thomas "Shagg" Aikman.
He is survived by: his wife Anna; his sister Carole Stanko; his sons, Thomas II and Michael (Lori) of Zionsville; and his grandsons, Nicholas (Ceriani), Jeffrey, Matthew, Thomas III and William.
Perhaps his greatest contribution to society and especially the Beaver Falls community was his selfless commitment as a coach and mentor to innumerable young men over more than thirty years, first as a coach at St. Mary's Roman Catholic School and Beaver Falls Youth Basketball Programs and Pop Warner Football until his retirement as the Varsity Baseball Coach at Big Beaver Falls High School in 2004.
