With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Buchholz of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Buchholz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Knight and Magdeline Knight (Sturm); her husband Frank C. Buchholz; her daughter Gail Buchholz; and her son-in-law David Shanor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Catanzarita (Steve), Karen Bequette, Denise Eckman (Ron) and Carla Helbling (David); and her grandchildren, Joseph Catanzarita, Kathryn Morrow (Kevin), Jonathan Catanzarita, Greg Bequette (Emily Shingle), CJ Bequette (Mary Ellen), Brian Shanor (Michelle Reed), Allen Shanor (Karen), Madeline Helbling and Abigail Helbling (Jordan Bingman). She is also survived by nine great-granchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Shirley's name to the Beaver County Conservation District- 156 Cowpath Rd Aliquippa, PA 15001 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital- 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
