She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Smallwood, (Fields) and Marshall Smallwood, Sr.; her husband Earl "Bud" Milliron; her son Bobby Mills; her stepson Gary Milliron; and her siblings, Lois Messer, Nina Barger, Nora Moore, Frances Messer, Sydna Watson, Marshall Smallwood, Jr., Eugene Smallwood and Crit Smallwood.
She is survived by: her son Larry Mills (Marge Grimm) of Wellsville; her former husband Robert Mills; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Mills of Beaver Falls, PA; and her grandchildren, Kevin, Lynn, Tina and Jennifer. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (631 Main St, Wellsville, OH 43968). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
