He is survived by: his children, Deborah Patejak (Marek), Donna Bouts, Daniel Schwartz (Tricia) and Darren Schwartz (Tammy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
