He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Montgomery and Theresa Montgomery (Broskin); and his grandparents, Robert and Esther Montgomery. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Montgomery, Madison Kelly and Aubrey Kelly; and his siblings, Amy Montgomery (Daniel Moser), Eric Montgomery (Stacy), Matthew Montgomery (Stephanie) and Mark Montgomery (Lauren). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
