Navage; his granddaughter Mia Navage; his brother Thomas Taylor; his sister-in-law Mary Vic Taylor (Plazek); and his nieces and nephews, Robert Podnar (Laura), Thomas Podnar (Shirley), Johanna Higgins (Billy), Maria Belin (Shane), Caroline Taylor and Steven Taylor.
The family has asked that any memorial contributions be made in Richard's name to the Beaver County Humane Society- 3394 Brodhead Rd, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
