He was predeceased by: his mother Laura I. Halligan (Hartzel); and his brother Ronnie Halligan. He is survived by: his father Richard Halligan, Sr.; his daughter Laura M. Halligan (Joe); his stepson Dale Dyke; his girlfriend April Long Giles; and his sisters, Ginger Cunning, Barbara Smith and Patches. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
