She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Davis and Wilda Davis (Ward); and her sisters, Wanda Davis and Alice Marsden (Davis). She is survived by: her daughter Kristie Shaffer (Cline); her adoptive son Michael Fulmer; her grandsons, Brady Shaffer and Shane Moore; her granddaughter-in-law Brook Minerd; her great grandchildren, Anna-Lou Shrewsbury and Hunter Moore; and her siblings, Chuck Davis, Robert Davis (Bob), Raymond Davis (Lori) and Roberta Davis (Berta).
Eventually as things changed with COVID, Patsy started to be known as "K. B." at the pantry because she was in charge of making sure all of the volunteers had a good lunch to break up the long days of helping the community.
