She was predeceased by: her husband Donald S. "Blackie" Blackburn; her son Donald R. Blackburn; her brothers, James P. Grant and Edward Grant; and her sister-in-law Betty Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda J. Blackburn, Ronald P., Jaimi Blackburn of Philadelphia, PA, Russell M. and Kelly Blackburn; and her grandchildren, Keely Crile, Preston, Libby and Allison Blackburn.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer and Heart Association, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
