She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles G. Lewis and Luella Lewis (Black); and her siblings, David Ray Lewis, Doreen Hoover and Laurie Malone.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, James C. Sizer (Michelle) of New Castle, PA, Gary Sizer (Katie) of Asheville, NC, Shaun Malone of New Castle, PA, Mylissa Malone of New Castle, PA and Jennifer Malone of New Castle, PA. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; one great-great niece; and her dear friends.
