She is survived by: her husband Jay A. McCowin; her children, Linda Wiese (Ronald) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Dennis McCowin (Lucy) of Erie, PA, Bruce McCowin (Debra) and Chippewa Twp; her grandchildren, David, Rhonda, Chandra, Rachel, Jarrod, Amanda and Brian; her great grandchildren, Cora, Emmet, Ellie, Norah, Caleb, Hazel, Judah, Cruz, Vera and Winnie; her brother Raymond Steel (Jane); and her sister-in-law Emma Steel.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be made to Gallagher Foundation, 1370 Washington Pike, Suite 401B, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
