She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mrkva and Josephine Mrkva; her husband Rudolph "Rudy" Pugar; her son Rodney Pugar; her daughter-in-law Dawn Wiles Pugar; and her siblings, Frank Mrkva, John Mrkva, Mildred Novakovich, Mary Jane Mrkva and Annie Mrkva.
She is survived by: her sons, John Pugar (Debbie) and Joseph Pugar; her grandchildren, Nicole Pugar Lawter, Eric Pugar and Brandy Whitt Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Everett, Georgia Pugar, Aubrey, Raegan and Kadence Ryan.
