Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leroy Richard Balmer (Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 72, on March 4, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Balmer and Elizabeth Ann Krovich Balmer. He is survived by: his spouse Deirdre Cumbay Balmer; his children, Lauren (Josh Wetter), Economy Boro and Jeffrey (Michael Balmer); his brothers, Matthew (Mary Balmer) and Patterson Heights; and his father-in-law Steve Cumbay of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
