He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Wolfe and Rose Wolfe; and his sister Patricia Curtiss. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Wolfe (Fusco); his children, Lesa Wolfe and Leo Joseph Wolfe Jr.; his grandchildren, Christa Conte (Giulio), Leo J. Wolfe III and Elizabeth Wolfe; his great grandchild Luca Joseph Conte; and his siblings, Jack Wolfe (Carolyn) and Mary Short. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Church (632 Virginia Ave, Rochester, PA 15074).
