He is survived by: his children, Peter Hoover (Nancy), Robin Mercer (Richard), Melissa Hoover and Cecelia Ader; his grandchildren, Sarah English, Rick Mercer (Elissa), Kaitlyn Hoover, Tyler Ader and Ethan Ader; and his great grandchildren, Olivia English, Ella, Elijah and Emerson Mercer.
