She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Uplinger (Andrea) of Haines City, FL, Ralph Uplinger of East Palestine, OH, John Uplinger (Julia) of Ohioville, PA and Jane Fletcher of Manhattan, KS; and her friend Gerry Panier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
