He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Church Sr. and Miniva Tomlinson Church. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Schulz Church; his children, Karen L. Church of Chippewa and John R. Church III (Nancy) of Delanson, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Kyleigh Cleghorn (Jared) of Alexandria, VA and Brett Church of Delanson, NY..
