She was predeceased by: her brother Keith "Sam" Spade; and her grandfathers, Gerald Spade (Barbara) and Joseph White (Alberta). She is survived by: her mother Roberta I. Prentice (White); her children, Bryce Spade and Farren Fawley; her stepfather Gary Prentice; her siblings, Marcus Spade (Joy) of Vicksburg, MS and Lesley Farkas (Matthew); her stepchildren, Taylor and Trent Fawley; and her stepsiblings, Michael Prentice (Julie), Brian Prentice (Sarah), Steven Prentice (Cara) and Tracy Prentice. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
