She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward P. Kincade and Clara E. Kincade (Pflugh); and her sisters, Clara Cumberledge (Ralph) and Virginia Reese (Joe). She is survived by: her daughter Leann Krupa (Sean); her grandson Declan Jeffrey Krupa; her siblings, Robert Kincade (Sandie) and Anna Mae Brockhouse (Richard); her close friend Aliquippa; and her pet Scoobie.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice in Jean's name.
